oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Piyasalarında Uygulanacak Gözetim Tedbirleri Yönergesi'nin 5. maddesi çerçevesinde, Edip Gayrimenkul Yatırım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (EDIP) ve Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. (HOROZ) paylarının piyasasında, Yönerge'nin 6. maddesinde belirtilen emir ve işlemleri nedeniyle aşağıda adı belirtilen yatırımcı hakkında Borsamız Pay Piyasası'ndaki emir ve işlemlerine yönelik olarak 27/08/2026 tarihinden itibaren 1 ay süreyle "Açığa Satış ve Kredili İşlem Yasağı", "Brüt Takas" ve "İnternetten Emir İletilmesinin Kısıtlanması" tedbirleri uygulanacaktır.
Tedbirlerin uygulanacağı son tarih 25/09/2026'dır. | Pursuant to Article 5 of the Directive on Surveillance Measures to be implemented in Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Markets, due to the orders and transactions specified in Article 6 of the Directive executed in the market for the shares of Edip Gayrimenkul Yatırım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (EDIP) and Horoz Lojistik Kargo Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. (HOROZ), the measures of "Restriction on Short Selling and Margin Trading", "Gross Settlement", and "Restriction on Order Transmission Channels (Internet Order Restriction)" will be implemented on the orders and transactions of the investors listed below in Borsa İstanbul's Equity Market for a period of one month, effective from 27/08/2026.
The final date of implementation for the measures is 25/09/2026.
