Şirketimizin Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin Dallas, Teksas bölgesinde gerçekleştirmeyi planladığı yatırım daha önce KAP'ta yapılan ilgili bildirimlerle kamuoyuna duyurulmuştur.

Söz konusu yatırım kapsamında, Teksas eyaleti ekonomi geliştirme kurumu, yatırımcılara sağlanan teşvik ve desteklerden yararlanılması amacıyla, ilgili eyalet kurumları ile gerekli görüşmeler yapılmıştır.

Görüşmelerin olumlu sonuçlanması halinde, yatırımlarımızın önemli bir bölümünün çeşitli hibe, vergi indirimi ve diğer teşvik mekanizmaları yoluyla karşılanması ve böylece yatırım maliyetlerinin azaltılması hedeflenmektedir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

The company's planned investment in Dallas, Texas, United States, was previously announced to the public through relevant announcements on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). As part of this investment, discussions have been held with the relevant state administrations to benefit from the incentives and support provided by the Texas Economic Development Corporation.

If these discussions are successful, a significant portion of our investments is expected to be covered through various grants, tax breaks, and other incentives, thus reducing investment costs.
