oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | 6 Ağustos 2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamamız ile gerçek kişi bir pay sahibimiz tarafından Bankamızın 26 Mart 2025 tarihinde yapılan olağan genel kurul toplantısında alınan kararların iptali talebiyle dava açıldığının öğrenildiği ve 12 Kasım 2025 ile 22 Aralık 2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarımız ile davaya ilişkin gelişmeler kamuya duyurulmuştu. Bugün gerçekleştirilen duruşmaya davacının katılmaması üzerine, İstanbul 10. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi'nce davanın Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu'nun (HMK) 150. maddesi uyarınca taraflardan biri tarafından yenileninceye kadar işlemden kaldırılmasına karar verilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. | It was announced to the public through our material event disclosure dated 6 August 2025 that a real person shareholder had filed a lawsuit seeking the annulment of the resolutions adopted at our Bank's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 26 March 2025. Developments regarding the lawsuit were subsequently disclosed to the public through our material event disclosures dated 12 November 2025 and 22 December 2025. Today, due to the plaintiff's failure to attend the hearing, the Istanbul 10th Commercial Court of First Instance has ruled, pursuant to Article 150 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK), to discontinue the proceedings until they are renewed by one of the parties. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
