oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | 07.09.2026 tarihinde şirketimiz yönetim kurulu toplantısında, %100 oranında pay sahibi olduğumuz bağlı ortaklığımız Proen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş.'nin sermayesinin 100.000.000 TL'den nakden 650.000.000 TL artırılarak 750.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine karar verildiği duyurulmuştu. Sermaye artırımına ilişkin tescil işlemleri tamamlanmış olup 10.09.2026 tarih ve 11663 sayılı Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde sermaye artışı ilan edilmiştir. Bağlı ortaklığımızın yeni sermayesi 750.000.000 TL'dir. Saygılarımızla kamuya duyururuz. | It was previously announced that, at the Board of Directors meeting of our Company held on September 07, 2026, it was resolved to participate in the capital increase of our 100% owned subsidiary, Proen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş., whereby its capital would be increased in cash by TRY 650,000,000, from TRY 100,000,000 to TRY 750,000,000. The registration procedures regarding the capital increase have been completed, and the capital increase was announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated September 10, 2026 and numbered 11663. The new capital of our subsidiary is TRY 750,000,000. Respectfully announced to the public. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | |||||||
