At its meeting held on September 21, 2026, our Board of Directors resolved;

To establish a first-degree mortgage in the amount of EUR 55,000,000 (fifty-five million Euros) in favor of Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. on the land and buildings of our factory—located at O.S.B. Mahallesi, 32 Nolu Yol Caddesi N 30, 51700 Bor/Niğde—as security for the loans utilized or to be utilized by our Company to meet its working capital and investment financing requirements.
