oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Şirketimizin, Ankara ilinde inşası devam etmekte olan Turkcell Hyperscale (Hiper Ölçekli) Veri Merkezi Projesi'nin ilk etap elektrik işlerinin yapımına yönelik olarak verdiği 4.950.000 EUR+KDV (Bugün tarihli TCMB döviz kuru ile 275.973.885 TL+KDV) teklifin kabul edildiği ve ihalenin Şirketimiz lehine sonuçlandığı İşveren CDC Taahhüt İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. tarafından Şirketimize bildirilmiştir. İşveren ile sözleşme görüşmelerine başlanmıştır. İşin 10 ayda tamamlanması planlanmaktadır. Sözleşme görüşmelerinin olumlu ya da olumsuz şekilde tamamlanması sonrasında gerekli açıklamalar yatırımcılarımız ve kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır. Kamuoyuna ve Sayın Ortaklarımıza saygı ile duyurulur. | Our Company has been notified by the Employer, CDC Taahhüt İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., that our bid amounting to EUR 4,950,000 + VAT (equivalent to TRY 275,973,885 + VAT based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye exchange rate as of today) for the execution of the electrical works for the first phase of the Turkcell Hyperscale Data Center Project, currently under construction in Ankara, has been accepted and that the tender has been awarded to our Company. Contract negotiations with the Employer have been initiated. The works are planned to be completed within 10 months. Following the conclusion of the contract negotiations, whether positively or negatively, the necessary disclosures will be made to our investors and the public. Respectfully announced to the public and our esteemed shareholders. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
