An additional order in the amount of EUR 863,000 + VAT has been received in connection with the Pendik-Fevzi Çakmak Metro Project, which is among the ongoing projects of our Company.

Furthermore, an amount of TRY 44,645,758 + VAT will be received as a price adjustment pursuant to the price adjustment agreement entered into with the Employer.

Accordingly, the contract value of the project, which previously amounted to EUR 9,979,903 + VAT and TRY 133,751,712 + VAT, has been revised to EUR 10,842,903 + VAT and TRY 178,397,470 + VAT, respectively, based on the revised unit prices under the aforementioned additional order and the price adjustment agreement entered into with the Employer.

The project is scheduled for completion by 31 May 2027.

This announcement is hereby made to the public and our esteemed shareholders with due respect.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
