oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | 10.03.2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda Rekabet Kurumu tarafından aralarında Şirketimizin de bulunduğu bazı perakende şirketleri ve bazı tedarikçilere yönelik soruşturma açıldığı duyurulmuştu. Yürütülen soruşturma sonuçlanmıştır. Şirketimize 48.443.775,31 TL tebliğ edilmiş olup, %25'lik oranda erken ödeme indiriminden yararlanılmak suretiyle ilgili ödeme tutarı 36.332.831,48 TL olmuştur.
| In our public disclosure on 10 March 2025, it was stated that the Competition Authority had launched an investigation into certain retail companies, including our Company, as well as certain suppliers. The investigation has been concluded. Our Company has been notified of an amount of TL 48,443,775.31. With the 25% early payment discount applied, the aforementioned amount is TL 36,332,831.48.
