06/07/2026 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda;

Şirketimizin, Erciyes Üniversitesi Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi tarafından gerçekleştirilen "18 Kalem Tıbbi Cerrahi Sarf Malzeme Alımı İhalesi" konulu ihaleye katılım sağladığı duyurulmuştu.

İhaleye verilen teklif tutarı 16.845.850,00 TL olup, 19/08/2026 (bugün) tarihi itibariyle teklif verilen tutarın tamamının lehimize sonuçlandığı tarafımıza bildirilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı yapılmakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

In our material event disclosure dated 06/07/2026;

It was announced that our Company participated in the tender themed "Tender for the Procurement of 18 Items of Medical Surgical Consumables" held by Erciyes Üniversitesi Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi (Erciyes University Application and Research Hospital).

Our tender bid was TRY 16,845,850.00, and we have been notified as of 19/08/2026 (today) that the tender has been awarded in our favor for the full amount of the bid.
