Representation Letter Prepared According to Item 9, Section 2 of "Principles About Financial Reporting in Capital Market" Communiqué of CMB

In accordance with the provisions of the "Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" numbered (II-14.1) of the Capital Markets Board ("CMB"), within the framework of Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards ("TAS/TFRS"), prepared in accordance with the formats determined by the CMB, subject to independent audit by PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi and with the Board of Directors' Decision dated 18.08.2026 and numbered 2026/29 In accordance with the CMB regulations of the approved Annual Consolidated Financial Statements for the accounting period of 01/01/2026 – 30/06/2026;

In line with CMB regulations;

a) It has been examined by us,

b) To the best of our knowledge in the field of duties and responsibilities at the Company, the annual consolidated financial statements do not contain any false disclosure on material matters or any deficiency that could cause the disclosure to be misleading as of the date of the disclosure,

c) To the best of our knowledge in the field of duties and responsibilities at the Company, the annual consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the aforementioned Communiqué, together with those within the scope of consolidation, honestly reflect the truth regarding the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss of the company,

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.

Şirketimizin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("SPK")'nun (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliğic" hükümleri uyarınca, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") çerçevesinde, SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan, PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi tarafından bağımsız denetime tabi tutulan ve 18.08.2026 tarih ve 2026/29 numaralı Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile onaylanan 01/01/2026 – 30/06/2026 hesap dönemine ait yıllık konsolide finansal tabloları'nın SPK düzenlemeleri doğrultusunda;

SPK düzenlemeleri doğrultusunda;

• Tarafımızca incelendiğini,

• Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, konsolide finansal tablo ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

• Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış ara hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tabloların konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte, şirketin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte, Şirketin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olduğu önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını,

bilgilerinize sunar, yapılan açıklamadan dolayı sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz.
