oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Following the increase in our Company's issued capital from TL 700,000,000 to TL 832,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 1,000,000,000 subsequent to the public offering, the amended version of Article 6 – Capital of our Company's Articles of Association was registered on 17 September 2026 and the registration was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 17 September 2026 and numbered 11668. The current version of the Articles of Association is attached. Respectfully submitted for the information of the public. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | Şirketimizin halka arz sonrası çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 1.000.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde kalmak üzere, 700.000.000 TL'den 832.000.000 TL'ye artırılmış olması sebebiyle şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6. maddesinin onaylı tadil metni 17 Eylül 2026 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup, aynı tarih ve 11668 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.
