Please find attached our Company's current Articles of Association. The amendment does not change the nature of our business, and we will continue to engage in the retail sale of mother and baby products. As explained in the General Assembly Information Document, the amendment was made to allow certain products, such as thermometers, nasal aspirators and support corsets, to be added to our product range.

This statement has been translated into English for informative purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Şirketimizin güncel esas sözleşmesi ekte yer almaktadır. Esas sözleşme değişikliği ile şirketimizin faaliyet alanında fiili bir değişiklik yapılmamış olup anne ve bebek ürünlerinin perakende ticaretine devam edilecektir. Genel Kurul Bilgilendirme Dokümanı'nda da açıklandığı üzere, söz konusu değişiklik ateş ölçer, burun temizleyici ve korse gibi belirli ürünlerin ürün yelpazemize eklenebilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır.
