The consolidated Financial Status Report, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Equity Changes Statement, and Activity Report prepared by our company, Alkim Alkali Kimya Anonim Şirketi, for the accounting period January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, along with its footnotes, were prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) "Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" Series II-14.1, in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards ("TMS/TFRS") and the formats specified by the CMB. The report was subject to a limited independent audit and approved by the Board of Directors' decision dated August 19, 2026, numbered 2026/22.

  a) We have reviewed them.

  b) We declare that, within the framework of our knowledge and responsibilities within our Company, the Financial Statements and Activity Report do not contain any misrepresentations on material matters or any omissions that could render them misleading as of the date of the disclosure.

  c) We declare that, within the framework of our knowledge and responsibilities within our Company, the Financial Statements, prepared in accordance with applicable Financial Reporting Standards, fairly reflect the facts regarding our Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit and loss. We declare that the Activity Report fairly reflects the development, performance, and financial position of our business, including the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
