oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | 10.09.2026 tarihinde duyurulan, Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 ile 19. maddelerinin Ek-1'de yer alan tadil tasarısında gösterildiği şekilde tadil edilmesi, mülga 7, 8, 20 ile 21. maddelerinin yerine Ek-1'de yer alan tadil tasarısında gösterilen 7, 8, 20 ile 21. maddelerin esas sözleşme metnine eklenmesi ve 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40 ile 41. maddelerinin esas sözleşme metninden çıkarılmasına ilişkin esas sözleşme tadil tasarısına uygun görüş verilmesi için açıklama tarihi itibarıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur. Bu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. | As announced on 10.09.2026, an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board as of the date of this disclosure to obtain its approval for the proposed amendments to our articles of association regarding the amendments with respect to articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 as set forth in the draft amendments attached as Annex-1; incorporation of the new articles 7, 8, 20 and 21 as set forth in the draft amendments attached as Annex-1 in place of the repealed articles 7, 8, 20 and 21; and repeal of the articles 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40 and 41. A Turkish version of this announcement has been disclosed simultaneously. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this announcement, the Turkish version shall prevail. | |||||||
